I build software — and the businesses that run on it.
I'm a founder, full-stack developer, and lecturer who's spent the last several years at the intersection of code and strategy. As Founder & CEO of Falconic Tech, a software development and digital transformation company headquartered in Lahore, I lead a team that designs and ships custom web platforms, mobile apps, and AI-powered tools for clients in five regions.
Before founding Falconic Tech, I worked as a Strategy Manager at Voltage Digital Marketing Company, where I learned that great software is only half the equation — the other half is understanding the business problem well enough to know what to build in the first place. That dual lens, technical and strategic, shapes everything Falconic Tech delivers today.
I also teach. As a lecturer at The Superior University, I teach Software Requirements Engineering and Business Process Engineering — which keeps me close to how the next generation of developers think, and keeps my own thinking sharp.
